As you can see it looks pretty sexy, as it runs on the Chrome 4.0 engine, which is shown strutting its stuff here. (Engine which CoJ:BiB runs on; Ollie finish it already.) Also, not only does it look great, it is seldom buggy, and is efficient, running well on relatively low-end hardwarez. :D
Looks delicious IMO. Publisher is City Interactive, and is scheduled to be out on the 29th of this month, only PC & 360. Their most notable title to date is probably Project Earth, which was generally well received.
Opinion: Worth pirating. :)

Hard mode: Being attacked by a tiger whilst shooting a shot that must avoid the curvature of the Earth as it drops 200m to hit a small child's head which is being cradled by an innocent mother who must not be harmed. And there is a sandstorm between you and the target.
